To be strong enough to lift someone or hold yourself in the air you have to condition and work out to get muscles. Cheerleaders stretch and condition before they have practice and during. Here are some examples of condition that cheerleaders do...
1. Crunches- crunches help work your abs which will help make your jumps higher.
2. Suicides- Suicides are running back and forth from a position, they work your leg muscles.
3. 6-Inches- 6-inches is were you lay on the ground and hold your legs up 6 inches in the air. This helps your abs muscles.
4. Push-Ups- Push-ups help your arm muscles, these make bases and back-spots stronger to lift their flyer and it makes flyers stronger to push off of their bases.
