Level 1 Tumbling
Forward Roll: A forward roll is very simply. First, the tumbler bends her legs down and places her hands on the ground. Then, he or she would tuck in their head and push themselves off the ground and onto their backs rolling them back up into the position they started in.
Backwards Roll: The backwards roll is the same thing as the forwards roll. Except for the backwards roll, instead of putting your hands on the ground the tumbler puts them up by her should laying flat.
Cart-Wheel: For a cart-wheel the tumbler gets into a lunged position and extends their arms above there heads and at a about a 15 degree angle. The tumbler then places their hands down on the ground and flips their legs over their head. They should move fluently and not stop to place their hands down. This tumbling skill should look as if you are moving fluently like a wheel.
Round Off: A round off is exactly like a cart-wheel except instead of landing with your feet apart, you land with them together.
Running Round Off: A running round off is just like a round off except you get a running start beforehand.
