Level 1 Stunts
Thigh Stand: A thigh stand is where the two bases get into a lunged position facing towards each other and the flyer gets on top of their thighs. The flyer still has to lock out and not point her toes or she has a chance of falling forward. A back-spot is optional for this stunt, and if there is a back-spot they hold the flyers hips and makes sure she does not fall back.
Elevators: Elevators are a two legged stunt. The job of the bases is to get the flyer in to the prep position and use their leg muscles to lift the flyer up to as high as their chest. The flyer locks out, like they should in every stunt, and puts the arms in a high V position. As for the back-spot, they push the flyer into the air until they stunt gets into the elevator and the back-spot pulls up on the flyers ankles to lift off weight.
Extension: An extension is like as elevator except, the bases use their leg and arm muscles to push the flyer above their heads while their arms are extended. The back-spot's job is to either pull up on the flyers ankles, like in the elevator, or pull up on the bases wrists to give them more support. The flyer has to lock put just as much in the extension as she did in the elevator. Flyers should be locking the knees, not sticking their buts out, and pulling up by pulling the energy through their shoulders.
Level 2 Stunts
Extension Liberty: An extension liberty is like an extension only it is a one legged stunt. The main base has most of the weight, while the side base helps pull up by putting one hand under the flyers foot and one hand on top on their foot. The back-spot pushes up like an extension, but puts their hands on the flyers ankles. The flyer, once up in the air (with the leg that is not being help), they bend their leg in a liberty position and pull up.
Extension Scorpion: An extension scorpion is the same as the extension liberty for the bases and back-sopt, but different for the flyer. Instead of bending their leg that is not being held the bring it behind them and put pull it up with their arms.
