Jumps
Toe-Touch: A toe-touch is when you get in starting position, a high V and on your toes, and jump into the air spreading your legs apart (like you do in a split) and then come back down with your legs bent and head facing down to the floor.
Right Herke: A right herke is a little bit more challenging. You face at an sngle to your right and get in starting position. When you jump, instead of putting both legs out, you put your right leg forward straightening it out and your left leg behind you bending it. Remember whenever you do attempt a jump always keep your toes pointed because it is easier to jump in that position and it looks nicer to an audience.
